Lohan ‘ordered To Court After Testing Positive For Alcohol’
Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to appear before a Los Angeles court judge on Thursday after testing positive for alcohol while under house arrest, according to a report.
The actress, who has been in and out of jail and rehab in recent years, was sentenced to 120 days behind bars after she was convicted of violating her probation from a 2007 DUI charge.
Due to prison overcrowding, she was sentenced to serve out her punishment at her Venice Beach property. Her home confinement began last month.
In a new Life & Style magazine interview, Lohan insisted she had banned booze from her home, but TMZ.com reports that the Mean Girls star tested positive for alcohol last week – breaking the terms of her probation.
